Account
- Forgot your password - Reset it from "Forgot your password?" on the login page.
- Delete my account - You can delete your account in Settings. This action cannot be undone.
- Change my email - Update your email address in Settings.
Premium content
- Cannot access purchased content - Check your login status. Contact us if the issue persists.
- Request a refund - Refunds are not available due to the nature of digital content.
- Payouts - Check the Stripe Dashboard. Payouts follow Stripe policies.
Posts
- Delete a post - Delete it from the post edit screen. Posts with purchase history may not be deletable.
- Report inappropriate content - Use the report feature or contact us by email.
