Community Guidelines

最終更新日: Feb 12, 2026

Our Mission

Lovai is a platform where creators share repository content—prompts, workflows, and technical knowledge—to help each other grow. These guidelines exist to keep our community safe, respectful, and valuable for everyone.

Core principle: Share knowledge generously. Respect others. Protect what creators build.

1. Safety and Well-being

We prioritize the safety of our community members and the broader public.

What's not allowed:

  • Self-harm content: Repository content or prompts designed to generate content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
  • Dangerous activities: Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or harmful substances using AI
  • Child safety violations: Any content that exploits or endangers minors, including AI-generated imagery
  • Jailbreak prompts for harm: Prompts designed to bypass AI safety measures for dangerous purposes

What we encourage:

  • Including safety considerations in your repository content
  • Reporting concerning content promptly
  • Adding content warnings where appropriate

2. Violence and Harassment

Everyone deserves to participate without fear of abuse or intimidation.

What's not allowed:

  • Threats: Direct or implied threats of violence against individuals or groups
  • Harassment: Targeting individuals with repeated unwanted contact, insults, or attacks
  • Bullying: Mocking, belittling, or deliberately humiliating other users
  • Doxxing: Sharing or threatening to share someone's private information
  • Coordinated attacks: Organizing groups to target specific users

Constructive disagreement is welcome:

  • Critique ideas, not people
  • Explain why something doesn't work, don't just say "this is bad"
  • Accept that others may have different approaches

3. Hate Speech

We don't tolerate content that attacks people based on who they are.

What's not allowed:

  • Content promoting hatred against protected characteristics: race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or serious medical conditions
  • Dehumanizing language or comparisons
  • Calls for exclusion or segregation
  • AI prompts designed to generate discriminatory content

Context matters:

Educational content discussing these issues, or content clearly opposing hate, may be allowed with appropriate context.

4. Privacy

Respect others' privacy and protect sensitive information.

What's not allowed:

  • Personal information: Sharing others' real names, addresses, phone numbers, or other identifying information without consent
  • API keys and credentials: Posting API keys, passwords, or access tokens (even your own in public posts)
  • Private conversations: Sharing DMs or private communications without consent
  • Biometric data: Repository content designed to extract or misuse biometric information

Best practices:

  • Always redact API keys in screenshots
  • Use placeholder values like YOUR_API_KEY_HERE in examples
  • Ask permission before sharing collaborative work

5. Authenticity and Trust

Be genuine. Don't deceive other users.

What's not allowed:

  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, company, or AI service
  • Fake engagement: Paying for likes, using bots, or artificially inflating metrics
  • Fake reviews: Writing dishonest reviews of premium content (positive or negative)
  • Misleading claims: Claiming your repository content does something it doesn't, or exaggerating results
  • Spam: Repetitive, low-quality posts designed to promote rather than inform
  • Scams: Deceiving users for financial gain

Building trust:

  • Show real examples and results
  • Be honest about limitations
  • Update repository content when things change

6. Intellectual Property

Respect creators' rights and give proper credit.

What's not allowed:

  • Copyright infringement: Posting content you don't have rights to share
  • Trademark misuse: Using brand names or logos in misleading ways
  • Plagiarism: Copying others' repository content without attribution or permission
  • Circumventing protections: Sharing ways to bypass copyright or access controls

When using others' work:

  • Credit the original creator
  • Link to the source when possible
  • Respect license terms
  • When in doubt, ask permission

AI-generated content ownership:

You own the repository content and prompts you create. AI outputs may have complex ownership implications depending on your jurisdiction—we recommend consulting applicable terms of service and local laws.

7. Subscription Content Protection

Providers invest significant effort in repository snapshots and MCP-ready context. We protect subscribed access.

What's not allowed:

  • Unauthorized sharing: Copying, screenshotting, or redistributing repository content you access through a subscription
  • Account sharing: Sharing your account or MCP license key to let others access subscribed repos
  • Access resale: Trading or transferring access to subscribed repositories or MCP keys
  • Summarizing for bypass: Creating public posts that essentially reproduce subscription-only repository context
  • Chargeback fraud: Starting a subscription, then disputing the charge while keeping access

Consequences:

Violations result in immediate account suspension, loss of subscription access, and potential legal action. Providers retain all rights to pursue damages.

For providers:

  • Use Lovai's built-in protection features
  • Report unauthorized sharing to support@lovai.app
  • Keep sensitive repository material out of approved snapshots unless it is intended for subscribers

8. AI-Generated Content Transparency

Transparency about AI involvement helps our community make informed decisions.

Disclosure requirements:

  • AI-generated images: Clearly label images created or significantly modified by AI
  • AI-written descriptions: Disclose when post descriptions are AI-generated (human editing is fine without disclosure)
  • Synthetic media: Label deepfakes, voice clones, or AI-generated videos

What's not allowed:

  • Deceptive AI content: Presenting AI-generated content as human-created to deceive
  • Misleading demonstrations: Faking repository content results with AI-generated "examples"
  • Misinformation: Using AI to create or spread false information
  • Impersonation via AI: Using AI to mimic specific individuals

EU AI Act compliance:

We're preparing for the EU AI Act requirements (effective August 2026). Users in the EU should ensure AI-generated content is properly labeled. We'll provide labeling tools to help you comply.

9. Platform Integrity

Don't try to game or break the system.

What's not allowed:

  • Unauthorized access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data you shouldn't have access to
  • Scraping: Automated collection of content or user data beyond normal use
  • Manipulation: Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or algorithms for unfair advantage
  • Evasion: Creating new accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
  • Interference: Actions that disrupt the service for other users

Security research:

We appreciate responsible disclosure. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to security@lovai.app rather than exploiting it.

10. How We Enforce These Guidelines

Our goal is education first, but we will act decisively when needed.

Graduated response:

  1. Warning: For first-time, minor violations. We'll explain what went wrong.
  2. Content removal: Violating content is removed. You'll be notified why.
  3. Temporary suspension: 7-30 days for repeated or serious violations.
  4. Permanent ban: For severe violations or persistent rule-breaking.

Immediate action (no warning):

  • Child safety violations
  • Credible threats of violence
  • Premium content piracy
  • Illegal activity

Appeals:

If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal within 30 days by emailing support@lovai.app. Include your username and explain why you think the decision was wrong. We review all appeals within 14 business days.

Reporting:

Use the report button on any content, or email support@lovai.app. We review reports within 48 hours. False reports are themselves a violation.

Building Together

These guidelines will evolve as our community grows and as AI technology changes. We'll announce significant updates and give you time to adapt.

Questions? Suggestions? Reach out at support@lovai.app. We're building this together.
