Help

最終更新日: Jun 10, 2026

This page is the Help center for setup steps and troubleshooting (this page and the guides below). For questions about how Lovai works — what a subscription includes, fees, refunds — see the FAQ.

For Subscribers — Subscriptions & MCP

  • Subscriber Guide — how to find a repo on the marketplace, subscribe, and manage your subscriptions.
  • MCP Setup Guide — connect your AI client (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) to a subscribed repo with your license key. The key step right after you subscribe.

For Providers — Publishing, GitHub & Stripe

  • Provider Guide — publish your GitHub repo as a monthly subscription, from GitHub App connection to subscription revenue.
  • Stripe Connect Setup Guide — set up Stripe Connect to receive provider payouts.

MCP Connection

My AI client can't read the subscribed repo

If MCP requests are rejected or return nothing:

  1. Open MCP access and confirm your license key status and that the subscription is active.
  2. If you reissued the key, the old key was invalidated immediately — replace it in every client configuration.
  3. Call the get_license_status tool from your client to verify the connection.
  4. Review the configuration steps in the MCP Setup Guide.

Subscriptions

I want to cancel a subscription

Open the subscription detail from your subscriptions and cancel there. After canceling, MCP access remains until the end of the current billing period, then stops automatically.

Payments

My payment is failing

If a payment attempt fails:

  1. Double-check your card number, expiration date, and CVV.
  2. Make sure your billing address matches what your bank has on file.
  3. Try a different card or payment method.
  4. Contact your card issuer — some banks block unfamiliar international transactions.
  5. If the problem continues, contact support@lovai.app or visit Stripe Support.

For Providers

GitHub App installation is failing

If you encounter errors when installing the Lovai GitHub App:

  1. Try a different browser or clear your browser cache.
  2. Make sure you are logged in to the GitHub account (or organization) that owns the repository you want to list.
  3. Re-connect from the new listing page using the "Connect GitHub App" action.
  4. If the issue persists, contact support@lovai.app with your GitHub username and a description of the error.

My listing isn't appearing on the marketplace

  1. Confirm the listing is published. Unpublished (draft) listings are not shown on the marketplace.
  2. Confirm the repo has an approved snapshot. Snapshots that fail validation (e.g., secrets detected) are blocked from delivery.
  3. Check the listing status from your repos.
  4. Contact support@lovai.app if the issue persists.
