| Returns, cancellations, and refunds | Due to the nature of digital content, we do not, in principle, accept returns or refunds after subscription access begins. Exception: If MCP access is wholly unavailable or the repository materially differs from its description, the Subscriber may, within 48 hours of subscription start, contact the Provider or Lovai support and request a refund for good-faith discussion. Lovai may facilitate communication but does not adjudicate; the final decision rests with the Provider unless required otherwise by law, Stripe policy, or platform policy. Statutory consumer rights (including the 14-day withdrawal right for EU/EEA/UK residents where applicable) are unaffected. |

Subscription model
Lovai operates a subscription marketplace connecting Providers and Subscribers. Each repository subscription relationship is formed directly between the Provider and the Subscriber. Lovai is not a party to that contract; Lovai provides the marketplace infrastructure and orchestrates payment via Stripe Connect Express.
Subscription revenue (less the 15% platform fee and Stripe's payment processing fee) is allocated to the Provider's connected Stripe account.

Provider payouts
- Subscription revenue is allocated to the Provider's connected Stripe account through Stripe Connect.
- Providers must complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding before receiving payouts.
- Payout schedules and methods can be configured from the Stripe dashboard.
