Before contacting us

For smoother support, please include the following information when possible.

• Type of inquiry (subscription / payment, MCP connection, repo contents, listing, account, etc.)
• If account-related: your registered email address or username
• If reporting a bug: time of occurrence, environment (browser, device), and details
• If related to a subscription or payment: the repo (listing) name and subscription start date
• If related to an MCP connection: the AI client you use (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) and any error message

Subscriptions & payments

• Cancel my subscription - Open the subscription detail from your subscriptions and cancel there. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.
• Request a refund - Refunds are not provided by default. Exceptions such as duplicate charges or a Lovai-side delivery failure are handled individually — contact us.

MCP connection

• My subscribed repo cannot be read by my AI - Check your license key and subscription status at MCP access, then review the MCP setup guide.
• Reissue my license key - Reissue it at MCP access. The old key is invalidated immediately.

Repo contents

• I found secrets or infringing content in a subscribed repo - Report it by email or via the form above, including the repo name and the affected paths.

Listings (providers)

• How do I provide my repo? - See the provider guide. You will need the GitHub App connection and Stripe Connect setup.
• Payouts - Provider earnings are transferred monthly via Stripe Connect. Check payouts and your Stripe Dashboard.

Account

• Cannot log in - Login is OAuth-only via Google or X (Twitter). Sign in with the account you used when subscribing.
• Delete my account - You can delete your account in Settings. This action cannot be undone.
